BB Ventures is a boutique consultancy operating at the intersection of sports, tech, and media. The firm supports sports-tech startups on fundraising and go-to-market, and advises athletes and university programs on brand partnerships, content, and NIL strategy.
Brand Overview
I led a fast, high-impact brand sprint to give BB Ventures a clear, premium identity they could use immediately across web, social, and sales. The work centered on a bold BBV monogram with a subtle forward slant and a single red highlight—a system designed to feel elite and modern without drifting into cliché “sports jersey” aesthetics. We extended the identity into a Squarespace site using high-contrast black-and-white photography, negative space, and restrained typography to signal confidence and momentum.

Design Philosophy
The goal was to express elite executive energy with athlete-level motion—a balance of boardroom polish and on-field intensity. The slanted, overlapping BB forms imply speed and forward intent; the single red accent acts as a precise highlight that carries through graphics and UI. Photography stays cinematic and minimal to keep the work versatile for overlays (logos, stats, headlines). The result is a lean, scalable system that works in a one-page web presence today and expands cleanly into EPKs, social, and future podcast/agency branding tomorrow.
